arugula

Man, what can I say, what a week (or weeks that have since flown by). Man Utd won two trophies, son of a bitch.

The ever-increasing work load has been unbearable, its also the reason why I wake up everyday feeling like time is flying by 5 times faster (alcohol kinda works this way if you think about it). Weekends come and go, surprisingly, so do weekdays. I'm gonna be predictable by saying "pretty soon, we'll graduate".

You know how people have guilty pleasures? Well, you know what. "Guilty Pleasures" in the past, for me, stood for drinking, binging, public nuisances and stuff like that. But they can be considered divine at this point of time. What replaces said activities include: going out, going out for a meal, CBS on youtube, checking yahoo! finance. Pathetic, has my life become. Everyday is a day that involves work, I shan't relegate the statement "Oh, Year 3 is a rush-or-die year". I guess nobody can just sit there and let the deadlines inch closer, that'd be fucking insane. I miss outings with the programmers and my buds, damn schedule works like a leesh.

I have an interview with Citibank coming up, I'm hoping that I'd be 1 of the 9 selected people, seriously. Here's 3 reasons why:

1.) C'mon, who hasn't heard of Citibank
2.) Decent pay for "free labour"
3.) I'd like to get this internship over and done with

[EDIT: Interview's done, awaiting for 'Yes']

Some titface decided to set up a blog to air his disdain and dislike with the ICJ's ruling on Pedra Branca and co. He didn't allow for comments, fyi. Reminds me of turtles and a blog the Malaysian govt. 'found' when the case was first heard. (Remember the distortion between the island and the point of view, ie. the camera trick?)

i quote a forumer on sgforums:

"close to u means is urs ah."

"so my lan jiao put near ur mouth, u muz suck lah."

Amen to that.

The link may not last long though. All I know is, this neighbour-up-north cocksucker is going down.

Ah. Back to plain ol' studying.

roundabout

I find no exit in this mindless race with myself. What happened didn't cross my mind, I didn't really see it coming.

It didn't help that it happened anyway.

Sometimes I wonder why we bother to do things like that, since what happens now supersedes the past and what's gonna happen in the future will eventually erase the present.

Ask yourself this, yes you.

minor escapism

Okay, here I am, back to good ol' blogger once again.

I've just gotten back from a dinner with the Proggers, dinner was fun. That's right, a meal can be fun with the right people. Chong Pang Seafood 2-in-1 BBQ/Steamboat (saying that in one breath is kinda hard) is now in Boon Keng. Go look it up, they actually put up a site somewhere in the many internets.

Ya know, the stupid weather ain't making recovery from a cold easy. But it sure is annoying, i'll give you that. I take 1 minute to perspire from the back from a simple and relaxed basketball game. I blame global warming and well, everyone. Darren's a hippie.

Question: Should I join ING Group? They're Dutch and their core is situated in AMSTERDAM. Hehe. Hehe.

Ok, a picture update soon.

I feel like a bag of bones.
